Papa John's Takeaway Ballysimon

Very busy on the day I visited lots of kids and the noise level was intense.

While most of the staff seemed friendly, the girl who served me wasn’t particularly helpful. She just threw the food together without much care, and I had to ask her twice to remove a fly from the serving area.

She didn’t ask me what I wanted or if I needed anything, which kinda made the whole interaction feel rushed and dismissive.

Overall, not the best service experience.

The sandwich and the soup were so so

I ordered a Brekkie Mac at 10:50 - I waited for 15 minutes and asked about my food. I was told by a worker that it wasn't even started at that point, so I requested a refund. I was the only person ordering food at the time and the staff were chatting away. I've nothing against chatting to help the boredom but it seemed like no one was checking about there the food was. Two men who looked like senior members of the team used an emergency exit to get access back into the building rather than using the appropriate access point. Seemed like a mess.

Excellent and friendly service from Lauren on the sandwich counter. She was so patient esp. in this heat. 5* customer care.
